28 year old female with polyarthritis
This is an online e log book to discuss our patient de-identified health data shared after taking his / her / guardians signed informed consent. Here we discuss our individual patients problems through series of inputs from available global online community of experts with an aim to solve those patints clinical problem with collective current best evident based input.
28 year old female came to the opd with the chief complaints of multiple large joint pains since 2 months associated with early morning stiffness and fever.
HOPI
Patient was apparently asymptomatic 2 months back then she had missed period and when UPT tested as positive.She became pregnant.Few days later she developed Left foot pain initially in early morning it is burning type of pain , and was ascending to knee and hip joint within in 1 month and was progressing to other side also.
She developed left knee joint swelling since 15 to 20 days.She also developed wrist pain since 15 to 20 days and there was difficulty in fisting and closing hands since 10 to 15 days.No involvement of other upper limb joint pains.She had fever since 1 month , evening rise of temperature ,no history of cough ,loose stools,vomiting.
History of MTP 1 year back due to unplanned pregnancy.
PAST HISTORY
No history of hypertension,diabetes,tuberculosis,asthma,blood transfusion ,surgeries
PERSONAL HISTORY
She has normal appetite, she takes mixed diet and has normal bowel and bladder movements , she doesn't have any known allergies or addictions.
